Terms & Conditions

For staying at Le Bijou

 

1.      'Nomad Rentals' is the holiday rental service of Doman Estate, its Owners and their properties; the Agent is the local property manager;

2.      ‘Guests’ include the person booking the property – the Customer, other members of their party included on the booking form and any other persons they may have invited into the property;

3.      Rates and prices quoted are at the discretion of the Owners and are subject to change;

4.      All bookings and reservations to be in writing by email;

5.      The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed the number of Guests stated on the booking form, without prior approval of the Owners or their Agent. This must not exceed four, except in the case of infants. For bookings of two people or less, only the main bedroom should be used, unless by prior approval;

6.      A 25% deposit of the full rental fee is to be paid to confirm the booking, or the full rental fee if less than six weeks to arrival. The payment will act as acceptance of the Terms & Conditions herein and the Cancellation Policy. A confirmation of the receipt of the payment and details of the booking will be sent to the Customer;

7.      If only the deposit has been paid, the balance of the rental fee is to be paid six weeks before arrival to complete the booking. The Owners reserve the right to cancel the booking where full payment has not been received when there is less than 30 days before occupation. (See Cancellation Policy);

8.      Check-in time is from 4.00pm unless by prior arrangement with the Owners or their Agent. If likely to be after 6.00pm, Guests should advise the Owners or their Agent of the estimated time of arrival as special arrangements may need to be made;

9.      Check-out time (including return of keys) should be no later than 10.00 am on day of departure, unless by prior arrangement with the Owners or their Agent;

10.     Long stays include additional cleaning and costs, as arranged between the Customer and the Owners or their Agent;

11.     No items belonging to the property should be removed by Guests without prior approval of the Owners or their Agent;

12.    The Owners, their Agent or any contractor are to be allowed access to the property at any reasonable hour during any occupancy for the purpose of servicing the property;

13.    Use of the premises and their facilities and equipment is entirely at Guests’ own risk. The Owners or their Agent accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from the use of the premises by Guests;

14.    No animals or pets belonging to Guests are allowed to stay in the properties;

15.    Guests agree to keep the rooms and contents in the same state of repair and condition and to leave the premises in the same state of general order in which it was found. Guests agree to pay for any repair, cleaning or replacement costs incurred or for any unreasonable untidiness before they leave;

16.    Any complaints must be reported immediately to the Owners or their Agent so that they can be investigated and rectified during occupancy, otherwise it may not be possible to effect any remedy after departure;

17.    Any breakages or equipment failures or malfunctions are to be reported as soon as possible, or at the latest on departure, so that timely replacements or repair can be carried out;

18.    Guests must not play loud music or make any excessive noise at unreasonable hours or be a nuisance or annoyance to neighbours as the property is within a quiet residential complex;

19.    NO smoking is allowed on the property.
